Date & Time: Tie Dye + Open Studio (Create what you want) Friday, May 29th, 9-11am Location: Old Alvaton Gym, 6350 Old Scottsville Rd Alvaton, KY 42122 Fill out this form completely to request your artist's spot(s) for art camp for the Tie Dye + Open Studio (Create what you want) session on Friday, May 29th from 9-11am at the Old Alvaton Gym. The cost for this camp is $30 per artist, which includes the child size apron. If your child needs the larger apron size, it is a $3 upcharge.

Cancellation Policy
You will get a 100% refund up to 2 weeks before the start of your session. 50% refund up to a week before the start of your session, and no refund for cancellations later than a week before the start of your session. Email katemillerlatham@gmail.com to cancel your enrollment in a session.
