Date & Time: Tie Dye Patriotic Tshirts + Open Studio on Wednesday, June 24th, 9-11am Location: Old Alvaton Gym, 6350 Old Scottsville Rd Alvaton, KY 42122 Fill out this form completely to request your artist's spot(s) for the patriotic t-shirt tie dye + open studio art camp for Wednesday, June 24th at the Old Alvaton Gym. The cost for this camp is $30 per artist, which includes a child size tshirt. If your artist needs an adult size tshirt, it is a $2 upcharge.

Cancellation Policy
You will get a 100% refund up to 2 weeks before the start of your session. 50% refund up to a week before the start of your session, and no refund for cancellations later than a week before the start of your session. Email katemillerlatham@gmail.com to cancel your enrollment in a session.
